Collect Bills:

In addition to financial services Jordan Post Company provides bill collection service on behalf of the Telecommunications company, the Jordanian Water Authority and Electricity Distribution Company.

Collection Of Telephone Bills:

The post offices available throughout the Kingdom provides telephone bills collection service ( land and cellular telephones including Zein,  Orange and Omniah ) for all citizens free of charge on behalf of the telecommunications companies at all computerized post offices where collection process is done electronically.

Collection Of Electricity Bills:

The Jordan Post Company collects electricity bills under the agreement signed with Electricity Distribution Company whereby bill are collected at post offices of the following directorates on behalf of the said company.

  • Jordan Electricity Company: covered by the governorates of Amman, Madaba, Zarqa, Salt Where 200 fils are paid on each bill
  • Irbid Electricity Company:  covered by the governorates of Jerash, Ajloun, Irbid, Mafraq Where 100 fils are paid on each bill.
  • South Electricity Company: covered by the governorates of Karak, Maan, Tafileh Where 100 fils are paid on each bill
  • South Electricity Company: covered by the governorates of Aqaba and the Jordan Valley, the desert Where 100 fils are paid on each bill

Collection Of Water Bills:

The Jordan Post Company in agreement with the Water Authority provides water bills collection service throughout post offices available within the Kingdom against a fee of 10 piasters on each bill in all governorates; while bills are collected in the capital city of Greater Amman Collecting for the account ofMiahuna company at all post offices against a fee of 20 piasters.

 

National Aid Allocations Payment Service:

Postal offices pay monthly allocations to beneficiaries of this Fund based on the statement received from the National Aid Fund where this service is facilitated by the availability of post offices throughout the Kingdom, and users access to the offices, due to the nature of special need of beneficiaries of the Fund.
