National aid provisions are distributed to beneficiaries through post offices spread throughout the Kingdom in accordance with statements issued by the National Aid Fund. The provisions are delivered directly to the beneficiaries after verifying their national ID cards and national aid cards issued by the National Aid Fund.
Post office employee registers the amount of aid on the national aid card. If the beneficiary is incapacitated, the aid shall be delivered to his/ her agent under a notarized special power of attorney, or to the guardians of minor beneficiaries under legal guardianship letter. Such power of attorneys or letters shall be approved by an official letter issued by the general director of the National Aid Fund or his/ her deputy. The payment of national aid provisions is free of charge.
